The space can be booked any day excluding Public Holidays and can be booked in 6 hour slots between 8:00am and 10:30pm. All booking are required to be booked and paid using the website.  Ensure your booking is confirmed with the onsite Building Manager prior to making any arrangements.

Please note the below:

• A booking fee of $150.00 inc. GST applies per booking slot.

  • The fee is to cover cleaning costs associated with use of the area.

  • The fee is nonrefundable unless the booking in cancelled more than 48 hours before the booking time.

  • The processing fee will be deducted from any refunds.

• The booking does not include the outdoor terrace or BBQ areas.  Those areas are not currently bookable.

• Ensure you read and understand the rules for use prior to using the area. 

• The person who booked the space is responsible for the behavior of all guests. 

• Any costs incurred as a result of the function will be on charged to the lot who made the booking. This includes missing or damaged items.
