A external window in the gym was shattered today at around 6:30AM. To ensure the safety of residents the gym was closed while the problem was assessed.
It has been determined that the entire window will require replacement which must be done via the buildings insurer. The insurer has been engaged and arrangements are already underway to replace the window.
As this will require the insurer to assist and also the fabrication of a new window panel we do not currently have an estimated time when the gym will be safe to reopen.
