Firstly, we apologise for not providing this information earlier, as it was not directly communicated to the Owners Corporation. Please refer to the screenshot below from the local council, which includes their apologies. Additionally, his direct phone number is provided if you have any questions or concerns.
However, please note that Yarra Street will be closed from July 2024 to September 2024 (3 months), causing disturbances for residents and their guests. Residents will be diverted either to Claremont Street via the laneway or southbound on Yarra Street to exit at Alexandra Avenue.
I have attached the traffic management plan to help all owners and residents better understand the situation and the disruptions that will occur.
