All costs to dispose of improperly dumped items will be charged to the apartment.
Recycling
A Recycling Bin is available in the bin room on your level.

Please check the labeling and signage in the bin room for items that can be placed in the bin.
​
Do not place non recyclables in the bins, cost to remove and dispose of improper items will be charged to the apartment.
Hard Waste
Stonnington Council arranges hard rubbish collection twice yearly. Dates are usually announced in February and August.
For hard waste disposal between those times you can contact services such as 1800 GOT JUNK to collect hard waste.
Any hard rubbish, old furniture, etc in Common Property is prohibited and the cost of removal will be charged to the apartment.
General Waste
General waste chutes are located on each level. The chute is suitable for general waste contained in a garbage bag no larger than 30cm in diameter.

Do not place the following in the chute:

Glass
-
Hard metal items
-
Cardboard
-
Styrofoam.

Building materials
-
Plants or dirt.

Liquids
Soft Plastics
The is currently a review of options to assist with the disposal of soft plastics.
Cardboard and Packaging
Packaging such as carboard and styrofoam should be placed in the larger waste bins in main bin room on the ground floor. For access, please contact the Building Management Team.

Please do not leave packaging in the bin rooms or on common property . Costs to dispose of improperly dumped items will be charged to the apartment.
E Waste
Electronic items such as computer equipment, batteries, discs, power supplies, and similar can be placed in the special ewaste bin located in the in main bin room on the ground floor. For access, please contact the Building Management Team.
